Why you deserve a honeymoon!
Most couples go on a honeymoon after they get married. For the most part they do this because of tradition but they also do it because they usually need a vacation. All newly married couples deserve the chance to on a honeymoon if for no other reason than so that they can get away from all the stress that had in planning the wedding and dealing with their families.
The main reason that you deserve a honeymoon is that getting married is a stressful time and it takes a lot of work. There is no getting around the fact that planning a wedding is hard work and having to deal with all of your family makes it even harder. After the experience of having to deal with all of the headaches that go into getting married you are going to want to take a vacation. This is a big part of why it is important that you take a honeymoon after your wedding.
One of the things that most couples find when they are getting married is that they have very little time to spend together. There is so much going on during the wedding and in planning it that most of their time is occupied in dealing with other people. The result is that by the time the wedding is over most couples look forward to being able to spend some together alone. A honeymoon is a great way to do this since it is generally expected that you will leave right after the wedding it saves you the hassle of having to deal with all of your family after the wedding.
A wedding is also a once a lifetime event, at least ideally it is. Therefore you should make sure that you enjoy the experience and going on a honeymoon is a big part of this. It is really something that you are only going to do once. Even if you get married a second time you probably won’t go on the same type of honeymoon that you did when you first got married, you will likely to take a shorter trip. Since it is a once in a lifetime experience you want to make sure that you enjoy it.
One last reason that you deserve a honeymoon is that it is really no different than any other vacation. Certainly you will do some things on your honeymoon that you wouldn’t do on a regular vacation but for the most part it is just a vacation. Everybody deserves to go on a vacation so you might as well go on one after you get married. After such an important event in your life you are probably going to want to splurge a little bit and have a special trip and really there is no reason not to.
